Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation or an amendment to a booking should be made before 6.00pm GMT the day before arrival to avoid a cancellation charge at 100% of the rate booked. A booking will not be considered cancelled until you are in receipt of a cancellation number.

For all advance purchase packages pre-payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Groups of 10 or more bedrooms are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation 6-8 weeks prior to arrival: 25% of total booking value.

Cancellation 4-6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value.

Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total booking value.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 100% of total booking value.

A debit or credit card will be required on check-in for pre-authorisation. We accept most credit cards but only American Express if it is a corporate card. We do not accept Maestro cards.

Check in is from 3pm

Check out is by 11am

An earlier Check in or later Check out time can be arranged in advance but may result in an additional charge.

There may be occasions at Hotel Felix when a private event or a wedding takes place. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that guests not connected with the event are not inconvenienced, should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us in advance of your stay.

Please note all Hotel Felix bedrooms and public areas are NON smoking. Failure to comply with this ruling could result in a charge (minimum £50) being added to the final account or, if check out has already occurred, a minimum charge of £75 being forwarded for settlement.
