Check in at Hotel Felix is from 3pm and we request that you vacate your room by 11.00am on the morning of your departure.

Please note all Hotel Felix bedrooms are non smoking. Failure to comply with this ruling could result in a charge (minimum £50) being added to the final account or, if check out has already occurred, a minimum charge of £75 being forwarded for settlement.

A cancellation or an amendment to a booking should be made before 6.00pm GMT the day before arrival' in order to avoid a cancellation charge at 100% of the rate booked. A booking will not be considered cancelled until you are in receipt of a cancellation number.

Bookings made at a special ‘advance purchase’ rate cannot be amended and no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.

There may be occasions at Hotel Felix when a private event or a wedding takes place. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that guests not connected with the event are not inconvenienced, should you have any concerns please make a member of staff aware.

Credit Card Guarantees: your credit card number will only be used in the event of a cancellation. We will however also require a credit card on check- in for pre-authorisation. Debit cards may be used but only for pre-payment rather than pre- authorisation. Pre-authorisation/pre-payment will be taken for the room rate plus £50 per night for extras.

Please note American Express cards whilst accepted are not a preferred method of payment on check out and an extra charge may apply. Visa and Mastercard are, however, gladly accepted.

Hotel Felix is one of the few animal friendly hotels in Cambridge and welcomes well behaved pets to stay in your room. We do however ask that you refrain from taking them into the public areas of the Hotel, and kindly request that they are not left alone in rooms whilst you are away from the hotel, as this often causes distress to the animal resulting in disruption to other guests. The hotel reserves the right to levy an appropriate fee to recover any compensatory value issued to neighbouring guests, and the owner(s) are responsible for any damage caused. A baby monitor is available for hire during your stay. A deposit will be applied to your bill and removed once the monitor has been returned to reception on check out. Should you choose to hire the bebetel, which calls your mobile phone when your child makes a noise, a local call charge will be applied to your final bill. (Example of the cost of a minute call are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, £1, Monday to Friday all other times 35p, Saturday and Sunday 25p.
