Christmas & Winter Wedddings at Hotel Felix

Hotel Felix is the perfect venue for a winter wedding. Hold a candlelit ceremony in one of our intimate private rooms with your closest friends and family and then welcome them with mulled wine and canapes in front of a roaring log fire before indulging with fabulous seasonal menus which will be sure to impress your guests.

We have two options available for winter weddings:

Starlit Christmas Marquee

Throughout December we have a beautiful starlit marquee erected in the grounds of the hotel. Fully lined and heated, the marquee is decorated in a contemporary Christmas style, reflecting the elegant atmosphere of the hotel.

The marquee is available for private hire for weddings and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down meal and 180 for an evening celebration.

Winter Wonderland Package

Hold a magical winter wedding with Hotel Felix during October, November, January or February and take advantage of our fantasticWinter Wonderland Package.

This package is available in our private rooms which can seat up to 60 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 100 guests for an evening reception. The package is based on 40 guests for the wedding breakfast and a further 20 joining for the evening celebrations.

Package priced at £4,600 inclusive of VAT (at the current rate)

• Room Hire
• 3 course menu*
• A glass of mulled wine and canapés
• Half bottle of wine with the wedding breakfast and a glass of champagne for the toast
• Silver cake stand and knife
• White linen
• A bowl of white lilies and iridescent snowflakes on each table (subject to availability)
• Printed menus, place cards and table plan
• Resident DJ and dance floor
• Private cash bar
• Evening finger buffet* (cater for 75% of the guests)
• The Penthouse and 3 further rooms in the main body of the house on the wedding night
• 20% discount on further bedrooms booked

Package based on 40 guests with an additional 20 guests in the evening

Additional daytime guests may be invited at a price of £65.00 per person (does not include the evening finger food) (maximum of 60)

Additional evening guests may be invited at a price of £16.00 per person (maximum of 100)
