Hotel Felix is a four star Classic Contemporary hotel which opened in 2002 with 52 bedrooms, 4 private rooms for conferences and events and a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant, Graffiti, serving modern food with a Mediterranean twist.
Making the Difference Between Good and Great
As a privately owned hotel we are free from over bearing corporate direction. Standards set are our standards and not those set by a Head Office.
We employ a vibrant team of staff who are pro-active, dedicated, committed and friendly - and certainly not stuffy! We expect our staff to go above and beyond the call of duty to help our guests, enjoy and be proud of their job and the environment in which they work. Remembering guest names and recognising faces is just one of the ways to make our guests feel welcome, ensure their stay is memorable and encourage them to return. We are passionate about how we can constantly strive to improve our service to guests.
